ABOUT THE WORK
Kan’s serial printmaking are filled with scratched texture and points of various shades and sizes. These points and lines convey dimensionality in his printmaking pieces, and through the diverse layers of pigment, segmented landscapes are transformed into dots, layers, and different time periods, climates, and emotions are expressed on paper.
