RETURN POLICY

Purchases made on Cereus.art are not refundable or returnable.  Under no circumstances will Cereus.art accept or process any returns on behalf of artists. Cereus.art facilitates the sales between the collector and the artist, but we do not physically have possession of the artworks that are for sale on the website.  The artists remain in possession their own artworks and are responsible to ship that artwork to you when you make a purchase.  The artists are required to prepare and pack the artwork in a professional manner suitable for the medium, and ship (with appropriate insurance) the artwork to the address that you provide when you purchase the work, pursuant to the shipping requirements

 

[The expectation is that, unless otherwise mutually agreed by artist and purchaser, the work will be shipped within 10 business days of the purchase.  Upon shipment of the work, purchaser should receive all shipping and tracking information.] 

 

In the event that the work is not received in a timely manner, or the work arrives damaged, purchaser must first attempt to contact the artist directly.  The artist is responsible for ensuring that the work is received in good condition and in a timely manner.  However, if you have buyer’s remorse, or are unhappy with the purchase once it is received based on any aspect of the work (size, shape, color, other aesthetic qualities), there is no obligation on the part of the artist to accept returns of the work or refund your money. 

In the event that the work is not received in a timely manner, the work arrives damaged and purchaser is unable to reach the artist and/or the artist fails to respond in a timely manner, purchaser may then contact Cereus.art.  While Cereus.art cannot be responsible for the shipment, receipt, or condition of the art, it is important to Ceresus.art that purchaser have a positive shopping experience, so we will do our best to assist in and/or mitigate any less-than-ideal shopping experience.
